Dimitris has 25+ years experience working with academia, NGOs, international organizational and the private sector. The past 10 years has been offering both career and executive coaching, having supported many professionals in successfully transitioning into new career and roles.
Recently he co-developed a comprehensive, self-paced, workshop-style career development program for all UNHCR employees. This toolkit was designed to empower UNHCR staff, help them facilitate their career advancement, and manage gracefully their career transitions.
Dimitris has helped designed resumes and cover letters, which helped them land interviews in just a few days. He has also designed and facilitates an original program to help people identify their career callings and pursue meaningful careers that are anchored in who they are.
During those years he has also founded and mentored more than 10 startups in many different sectors (tech/apps, education, parenting, food, publications, consulting). Currently he helps both employees and organizations through Sentient, an Organizational Design and L&D Consultancy he founded.
Susie, MCIPD, MBACP*, is a senior Human Resources professional and executive coach with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering complex transformations, learning and leadership programmes within the private sector and the UN.
Susie has extensive experience providing career and outplacement coaching to employees in the private sector, UNICEF, and Oxfam International. More recently, Susie co-created a comprehensive Careers Toolkit for all staff in UNHCR, available on their learning platform and being launched to all staff in 2025.
As Senior Advisor for UNICEF’s Private Fundraising Partnerships division, Susie led the division’s priority transformation initiative, facilitating senior management team meetings and providing coaching to senior managers. As previous Head of Learning and Development, she led the design and delivery of training and career development programmes for staff and introduced the Gallup Clifton Strengths programme.
Susie also co-developed the award-winning UN Emerging Women Leaders Programme, a collaboration of 11 UN agencies in Geneva. In April 2024, she facilitated a programme for women leaders Cargill in the private sector and in July 2024, was guest speaker at Finding the Leader Within event at the all England Tennis Championships focusing on women leadership and gender equality.
From 2019-2021, Susie led the highly successful global priority initiative, Business for Results at UNICEF, supporting and coaching over 50 facilitators delivering the programme with a budget of $1.4m to over 60 country offices and 1,500 staff. Prior to joining UNICEF, Susie worked in the private sector in senior HR management roles within the tech/chemical, tourism and retail sectors as well as an international NGO.
Susie has a Masters in Counselling Psychology, a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling from the Gestalt Institute in London, and is a member of the Change Management Institute in the UK. Susie’s coaching style is strengths-focused, collaborative and practical. She combines her coaching expertise with her L&D, career development, and recruitment experience, to help individuals identify their strengths and transferable skills, develop a compelling application and effectively showcase their achievements during interview.
