Careers Paths Exploration & Direction
This personalised coaching module is designed to help you explore and identify career paths that align with your unique strengths, experiences, and aspirations. Through a series of focused sessions, we’ll dive into your past roles, skills, talents, and passions to uncover new, viable career directions and job titles that are a natural fit for you. By the end of the programme, you’ll have a clear understanding of the roles and paths available to you, empowering you to make informed decisions about your future career journey.
pre-work
Your coach will send you a coaching questionnaire to complete and return ahead of the session.
Session 1
The focus of this session is to understand your motivations, interests, skills, and experiences, and to organise this information into a personal dashboard.
Between Sessions 1 & 2
Your coach will send you the personal dashboard, a template and useful links for you to start researching possible career paths and roles.
Session 2
The focus of this session is to review the template and research conducted, to brainstorm possible career paths and roles and match against your personal dashboard. Your coach will also guide you to find these roles to help you reflect further i.e. using Linkedin and other job sites. Your coach will also discuss a suitable schedule for you to keep on track with your research.
Between Sessions 2 & 3
We would suggest a two week break between sessions to allow time for you to conduct your research.
Session 3
The focus of this session is to review your research, finalise your shortlist of career paths and roles and brainstorm ways to access these roles within different industries. By the end of this module you will have a clearer idea of what roles to focus on and how these connect with your own interests, skills and experience.
If you would like to receive additional support, you have the option to book further sessions with your coach at your request.
