Dimitris Diamantis

Dimitris has 25+ years experience working with academia, NGOs, international organizational and the private sector. The past 10 years has been offering both career and executive coaching, having supported many professionals in successfully transitioning into new career and roles. 

Recently he co-developed a comprehensive, self-paced, workshop-style career development program for all UNHCR employees. This toolkit was designed to empower UNHCR staff, help them facilitate their career advancement, and manage gracefully their career transitions. 

Dimitris has helped designed resumes and cover letters, which helped them land interviews in just a few days after they started using them. He has also designed and facilitates an original program to help people identify their career callings and pursue meaningful careers that are anchored in who they are. 

During those years he has also founded and mentored more than 10 startups in many different sectors (tech/apps, education, parenting, food, publications, consulting). 

Currently he helps both employees and organizations through Sentient, an Organizational Design and L&D Consultancy he founded.

Terms and Conditions for Career Coaching with Anchor Point

  • Anchor Point is a platform for a network of recommended career transition coaches. Each coach has been vetted by the Anchor Point team in terms of their relevant experience, qualifications and coaching approach. New coaches with additional languages and experience will be added depending on demand. If you are looking to receive career transition coaching in a language that is not currently provided by Anchor Point, please send an email to info@anchorpoint.coach and we will do our best to connect you with a suitable coach.
  • When you book a discovery call or additional coaching session with your chosen coach, you will receive a booking under their individual name and company rather than Anchor Point. However, you can be assured that pricing is the same for each coach so that there are no nasty surprises. In addition, upon joining the Anchor Point platform, each coach agrees to follow the programme structure and content as outlined on our website. This ensures a consistency of approach and it means that you can have confidence that, whichever coach you choose, your coach will adhere to the same programme schedule.
  • If you have any concerns or questions relating to your coaching sessions, we ask that you contact your coach directly in the first instance. However, in the unlikely event that you are not able to resolve a dispute between you, please send an email with your concerns and questions to info@anchorpoint.coach and we will act as liaison between coach and coachee.
  • Any payment you make will go directly to your chosen coach in our network. As more coaches are added to our register, we will request each coach to pay an initial set up fee and monthly subscription (paid by the coach) to be on our platform.
